As a Social Enterprise our aim is to provide income for local schools, charities and good causes. One of the ways that we intend to achieve this will be through businesses advertising with our website. We give 50% of the cost of every advert that appears within this section to schools, charities and good causes that benefit local communities.

Our new ‘Advertise and Donate’ programme promotes local businesses, both large and small, that have made donations to their local good causes – 50% of the cost to advertise within this section is donated to the school, charity or good cause of the advertiser’s choice.
There are two main benefits to our new ‘Advertise and Donate’ programme – the first is to provide a platform where local businesses are able to make donations to, and participate in, local good causes and projects – the form of donations could include financial, products, services or expertise. The other main benefit provides the opportunity for local schools, charities and good causes to promote themselves, and their fundraising appeals and projects, to both their local community and a wider audience.
Below you will find search options for ‘Local Businesses’ and ‘Local Fundraising Appeals’. Both options will provide you with a facility to search for local businesses and local fundraising appeals by county.
The ‘Local Businesses’ option provides a selection of all the local businesses that have made donations to local schools, charities and good causes through our ‘Advertise and Donate’ programme.
The ‘Local Fundraising Appeals’ option will provide you with information and a list of projects, events and appeals relating to local schools, charities and good causes.
